2.Safety of equipment structure
The five structural parts of the machine, including frame, platform, moving arm and mast, adopt new design and upgrades technology, the structure is strengthened and optimized comprehensively, and advanced finite element analysis technology is applied to comprehensively improve the compressive, torsional, bending and seismic resistance of the whole machine structural parts, and the service life and safe construction are fully guaranteed.
The chassis of the vehicle adopts a self-developed special telescopic chassis suitable for the actual working condition load of rotary excavation, with super large wheel base, widening and strengthened slewing bearing, which has super stability, can realize arbitrary construction in 360° range, and adopts heavy four wheels and one belt, which is convenient for transportation and has excellent walking performance.

The new power-head assembly has the advantages of multi-stage shock absorption, comprehensive protection and strong torque. The equipment can be equipped with the drive sleeve of friction type and internal lock type drill pipe, which can increase the guide length of drill pipe, facilitate the construction, extend the service life of the power head, improve the precision of hole forming, and the construction process can realize fast soil throwing, more efficient.
The main winch motor can realize load adaptive control to improve the efficiency of deep pile operation. The steel wire rope adopts single-layer double fold winding technology and anti-bite rope wear, which improves the service life and transmission efficiency of the steel wire rope. And the travel motor-reducer drive is strong, with strong walking and turning ability, improving the construction efficiency.
4.Intelligent operation
The whole series products are equipped with self-developed intelligent control system of the whole machine embedded software, and the application of advanced intelligent control technology, integrated circuit technology and CAN bus virtual instrument technology etc., with fault diagnosis function, man-machine interface operation is more scientific and applicable, can realize automatic real-time monitoring and display and feedback of the whole construction process, and bring new experience to customers.
